Julie Davis

Julie brings over three decades of proven experience in financial operations, program management, and organizational leadership to her role in WNA Wealth Management’s Administrative Services. Prior to joining WNA Wealth Management in January 2024, Julie had a distinguished 31-year career with the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, where she held progressively senior roles reflecting her ability to lead and improve complex financial and operational processes.

Julie began her tenure with the Housing Development Fund in 1992 as an Accounting Analyst before being promoted to Managing Director of Debt Administration and Federal Programs in 2005. Her efforts earned her the title of Senior Director in 2012, and she later advanced to Deputy Director of Production in 2017. Julie also served as Assistant Treasurer to the Housing Development Fund’s Board of Directors, providing strategic oversight and financial stewardship during her time with the organization.

Julie holds degrees from Lander University and West Virginia State University. Her educational background, coupled with her extensive professional experience, supports her dedication to precision and efficiency in administrative services, ensuring operations run smoothly and reliably for both colleagues and clients.
